The Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Equal Opportunities for women and men in the EU will be held on 3 July 2008 in the French Senate.
Delegations from the competent Parliamentary Committees of the parliaments of the 26 other Member States will attend the conference.
In the first session, discussions will focus on equal opportunities for women and men followed by discussions on the access of women to roles of responsibility.
