The presidents of the national parliamentary committees for defence are meeting to discuss European defence policy.
The presidents of the parliamentary committees on defence in each of the Member States are meeting in Paris for an interparliamentary meeting in the French Senate on 27 October on the topic of European defence, specifically the following two topics:
- reinforcing the European Security and Defence Policy (ESDP);
- EU-NATO relations.
