24th conference of directors of the Member States' EAGF and EAFRD paying agencies

This conference is a key opportunity for discussing the implementation of Community legislation on the CAP with the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors.
The conference of the EAGF (European Agricultural Guarantee Funds) and the EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development) paying agencies will bring together between 130 and 150 participants from all the EU Member States, and from pre-accession countries, the European Commission, the Conciliation Body, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and the European Court of Auditors.
It is a a privileged forum for discussions with the Commission and the Court of Auditors, outside the institutional framework, on the difficulties of implementing Community legislation on the CAP (the complexity of controls, implementation of decoupling, review of the clearance process, etc.).
