Creative Europe is celebrating and unveiling to the public, in France and in Europe, its entertaining, festive, spectacular and avant-gardist side and rich fabric of traditions and ideas. Eleven exceptional events illustrate this programme through their popular, media and pan-European dimensions, and their impact on the public domain.
