Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airportsLiza Defossez Ramalho and Artur Rebelo are two graduates from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto and the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona in the field of Design. In 1995, in Porto, they co-founded R2, a studio specialising in visual communication where they work for a wide range of cultural associations, artists and architects.
Liza and Artur are frequently invited to give lectures on graphic design, particularly at the Porto Polytechnic Institute and also organise workshops. Often invited to exhibit throughout the world, their projects have also been published in many specialist books and magazines. R2's projects have won international awards such as the Jury Prize in the 9th Tehran Poster Biennial in Iran in 2007 or the Grand Prize of the Bmo International Graphic Design Biennial in the Czech Republic in 2006. Liza and Artur are also members of the AGI, The International Graphic Alliance.
