Luba Lukova is a world-renowned graphic artist and designer based in New York. Her original art uses metaphors, the juxtaposition of symbols and very few lines and text to best capture the essence of basic humanitarian themes. Bulgarian-born, Luba Lukova has won many awards including the Grand Prix Savignac at the International Poster Salon of Paris. She has also won the Gold Pen award at the One Club in New York. She has received orders from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Time Magazine, Adobe Systems, Sony Music and also Harvard University. Luba Lukova's work is extremely powerful and shown-cased worldwide. Her own exhibitions are held at UNESCO in Paris, the DDD Gallery in Osaka Japan, and even in New York's MaMa gallery. Her work now features in the permanent collections of the Modern Art Museum of New York, the Library of Congress in Washington and the National French Library in Paris.
