July 5th to 9th, 2008

From Mi non sabir, a play for four Czech dancers written by Karine Pontiès, to the solos, duos or quartets created by these same dancers or other young talents ‒ six short plays spread over three evenings provide an opportunity to embrace, in a flash, the Czech Republic's emerging generation.

Prague is a particularly fertile land for dance thanks to organizations such as Tanec Praha and the PONEC theatre which still know how to give artists the time to be creative. The young Czech choreographic scene has many common features: childhood worlds, associated with energetic, perfectionist, generous and theatrical dancing, which allows a lot of space for music.
