The French Institute in Budapest and Hungary's Robert Schuman Institute jointly organised a conference on the priorities of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
This event allowed themes to be tackled from both an institutional and civil society viewpoint, from a Hungarian and a French perspective, thanks to the participation of Alain Lamassoure, MEP, Gábor Iván, the Hungarian Secretary of State for European Affairs, Pascale Joannin, the Director-General of the Robert Schuman Foundation, and Dr Erhard von der Bank, the Director of the Robert Schuman Institute in Hungary.
The debates were moderated by André Erdös, former Hungarian Ambassador to France.
