Orly and Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airportsPetra Janssen and Edwin Vollebergh, both graphic artists and illustrators, founded their agency Studio Boot, in S'-hertogenbosch in the Netherlands where they are from. They live and work together and create strong images with an illustrative use of typography. They work together for many clients, combining old and modern techniques and different materials. Petra and Edwin teach at the Academy for Royal Arts Sin Joost and the Eindhoven Design Academy. They are also members of the "Platform 21" designers' platform in Amsterdam. In 2004, they won the Netherlands Design Prize. Their creations have been awarded many other prizes and shown in numerous countries including the United States at the New York Festival, France at the International Poster and Graphic Design Festival in Chaumont and even during the tribute to the painter Toulouse Lautrec at the Pompidou Centre in Paris in 2002.
